AES' tutors will provide every student with the necessary confidence, inspiration and learning strategies for success in their personal educational endeavours.

Effective learning is the foundation that students will build their lives upon. Inspiration and confidence are prerequisite of effective learning (McInerney & McInerney, 1998). With confidence comes a willingness and internal motivation to approach challenging tasks with optimism.  Einstein said “I never teach my pupils, I only attempt to provide the conditions in which they can learn.” AES' tutors strongly believe that the real learning of students takes place within the students themselves.  As well as providing quality content, confidence and inspiration, facilitators (our tutors) seek to discover each student’s unique learning style and provide the student with learning strategies to enhance their learning and effectively succeed. This enables students to become life-long learners with the ability to know how to learn from their environment rather that just waiting to receive information.

AES aim is to reach students as early as possible and teach them these lifelong learning strategies and problem solving skills. This will begin a cycle of confidence, inspiration and success that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.
